- `/gtop` no longer shows gang cell values or the per-cell dollar breakdown.

- Meteorite shower beams now reach players who warp in after the announcement, within 5 seconds.
- Erebus Tear beams now reach players who arrive after the breach opens, within 5 seconds.
- Meteorite Shower Flares now raise the same beam as a natural shower.
- Reclaim Shop items with a random amount now show the range, so Forge Fuel reads 5-10 not 5.
