Polis, Roads & The Hunt
- The Bound Shade's name no longer overlaps its health bar.
Cells, Gangs & Outposts
- Gangs on the recruit board are now open to join by default. Leaders can switch back with
/g recruit mode request. - Gang leaders earn 50 Obols for each recruit-board joiner still in the gang after their 2 hour trial.
PvP & Dueling
- Sword and axe swings hit 15% harder. Enchant procs deal the same damage as before.
Enchants
- Heart of Gaia Ascension no longer charges up. Every block mined has a flat 1 in 7,500 chance to start it.
Endgame Items
- Erebus Pit ring guards now drop Forge Fuel (1 in 20 kills, 1 to 3 each).
- Ring guards no longer drop Water of Lethe, Water of Styx or Ember of Phlegethon. The lower pit elites still do.
Hub & Network
/server asphodel now takes you to Asphodel./discord and the hub links now point to discord.gg/ancientsmc, an invite that never expires.
Quality of Life
- New players get a First Week track in
/daily: 7 login rewards in your first two weeks, ending with a Weekly Loot Box and the First Week title. - Linking your Discord with
/link gives 5% more XP and energy while it stays linked. It stacks with the booster bonus. - The Oracle no longer sells Mystery Gkit Flares or Seasonal Rank Boxes.
- The Oracle sells bigger stacks of Diviner's Dice, Fate Cards, Randomization Scrolls and Prestige Token Boxes for the same price.
- Left-click an Ancient Crate in your hand to see its contents and odds.
- Loot boxes and bundles open anywhere except in combat.
- Picking a mine from
/mines in the Polis now takes you to the current mine. - The Coal, Iron and Lapis warps now take you down to the mine, not onto a platform above it.
- Warping to Redstone, Gold, Diamond or Emerald now tells you to jump down to the mine. There is no fall damage.
- Leaving the tutorial now points you to
/mines and the Iron Mine, with Find Your Rhythm first on the quest bar. - A social kit asked for during the tutorial is now handed to you when you leave it.
- The Netherite Mine has a zipline from the Pharos to the mine gate. Step onto the landing off the west rail and right-click the frame.
