Questions

When do I get my Obols?

Usually within a minute or two of paying. If you are offline, they wait for you and arrive the next time you join. Your balance shows at the top of /store.

Can I buy for a friend?

Yes. Put their username in the order instead of yours and the Obols go to their account.

I play on Bedrock. What name do I use?

Your Bedrock name with a dot in front, the same way it shows in game. Spaces become underscores.

Who handles the payment?

Tebex, our reseller. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT, and send the receipt. The checkout page is theirs.
